Day 120: Three Stars And A Sun
Theme: Pinoy Na Pinoy.
The best subject that could fit this week's theme. Grabbed a couple of shirts from my brother's closet, cut out three stars and a sun from a plastic bag and voila! Yes, I'm resourceful that way. Haha.

Day 121: Takoyaki
Once again had our lunch at Little Tokyo. Tried another restaurant called Oishinbo. Food was more expensive compared to Hana. Ordered a bowl of Beef Yakiniku. Nothing special. Tasted a lot like Yoshinoya's. Hehe. But the mashed potato!!! The best I've tried so far! As in! No need for gravy! =P~
Having read good reviews about Hana's authentic Takoyaki, I was very excited to try it out myself. Sadly, I was quite disappointed. There weren't much veggies and I hate the taste of pickled ginger! Yak. If this is what real Takoyaki tastes like, then I'm settling for the cheaper versions found in the malls. Swak na swak sa panlasang Pinoy. Haha.

Day 122: Empowered
Theme: Pinoy Na Pinoy.
The People Power Monument along EDSA commemorating the peaceful revolution of 1986, which toppled the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos. A first in the history of our country and perhaps the history of the world that will forever be engraved in the hearts and minds of every Filipino.

Day 124: Tumbang Preso
Theme: Pinoy Na Pinoy.
As a kid, I really don't remember playing with dolls and kitchen sets. I was always out in the streets playing taguan, patintero, langit-lupa and tumbang preso. Yup, I was a batang kalye and those games were some of my best childhood memories. Sadly, most kids nowadays don't get to experience that kind of fun. They spend more time indoors, sitting in front of their monitors, playing computer games. They hardly ever run with bare feet and go home with scraped knees.
