Had our dinner at Teriyaki Boy. Funny how Marj kept on complaining about everything.
As soon as they arrived:
Marj: "Grabe! Ang layo layo ng nilakad namin! Bumaba kami don tapos..."
While perusing the menu:
Marj: "Ang mahal mahal pa ng pinili niyong kainan. Ano bang pinaka-mura dito?"
While placing our orders:
Marj: "Service water na lang po."
Nyaha. To think that she's the one earning the nice dough!
After dinner, we watched 300. 'Twas an epic movie based on Frank Miller's graphic novel about the 300 beefcake Spartans and their 1800 screaming abs. Very profound, eh? Hehe. Seriously, 'twas about the 300 Spartan warriors who stood against hundreds of thousands of Persians in the Battle of Thermopylae. The battle scenes were full of sweat, blood and gore you would want to stand in the middle of the theater, point at the screen and yell, "Take that, mother...clocker!" Hehe.
Discovered this beautiful man, Rodrigo Santoro, who played the role of Xerxes the drag queen! Err, the Persian God-King, I mean. ;)
After the movie, we met up with Ogie at McDonald's. Headed to Starbucks in Metrowalk where we stayed until a little past midnight.
